just likes its name, this means when you enter, you are a friend. As in the Italian tradition, friends are only served the best. Food is the heart of life to Italians and at Hey Paison! I bring that tradition to you. Everything at Hey Paison is made from secret family recipes that have been handed down. My true Philly Cheesesteak is made using only the freshest sliced meat. The homemade meatballs are hand-rolled using beef, veal and pork and soaked in tomato “gravy” (that’s tomato sauce to you! The Traditional Italian Hoagie is made with the finest quality deli meats and cheeses because you deserve the best!.

 

 
 

All your favorites are here, including Eggplant Parmesan Sandwich, the Peppers ‘n’ Eggs Hoagies, Italian Porkette and Roast Beef Hoagies, not to mention the special Italian soup called Pasta Fagioli. Coming soon is my sausage peppers ‘n’ onions hoagie (I am still looking for the best sausage)

Save room for dessert and try my East Coast Cheesecakes, including “Ma’s Traditional Ricotta Cheesecake” and homemade Cannoli and Biscottis. (For now only served on Saturdays) The Cheesecakes are so good that WholeFoods Markets carries them all over Puget Sound area! Don’t forget TastyKakes, a Philly staple.

Ronnie Santone, the owner, is the gracious and charismatic owner/chef greeting you as you walk through the door. Ronnie puts passion into every item that’s cooked or baked here! He wants you to immerse yourself in the nostalgic sounds of the Rat Pack while enjoying the autographed pictures of ‘the greats’ Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr.
